I’m a Marine Corps veteran, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and the founder of IWoC Global. But before all that? I was raised by a single mom who taught me how to fight for my future — even when life hit hard.

My mission is clear: to equip ambitious women of color to rise — in voice, in identity, in leadership, and in legacy. And I believe you’re here because something in you is ready to shift.
